Hello all, i will be in Denver at Shakta the now Breathe on Santa Fe
teaching a new workshop for the fall called “Metal”. its a for donation class
beginning at noon on Saturday Sept. 15. As tradition has it will open with
a native am. ceremony of the 4 directions, a yoga asana directed to the
Yin and Yang of Fall Lung and Lrg. Intestine and end with a
Tibetan “Letting Go” ceremony.
I Just wanted to gather all you students and friends together for another
healing journey while i am in town. See you all then, hugs. I look forward
